In a shocking 5-4 vote, the United States Supreme Court has ordered the state of Texas to allow federal agents to destroy the border with Mexico, and allow unlimited millions of illegal aliens to invade America without penalty or resistance.
The three open leftists were joined by John Roberts and Amy Coney Barrett. I cannot even describe them as “Justices” any more. The black-robed politicians refused to explain their decision.
Clearly, the plain text of the United States Constitution is irrelevant to the court.
…[the United States] shall protect each of them [the States] against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.
Article IV, section 4, clause 2. Notice that the text says “shall”, not “may”. The federal government MUST protect the states from invasion. Disinclination is not an option.
I need not remind my readers that the phony opposition party, the Grievously Oleaginous Party, has stubbornly refused to impeach, much less try and convict, either the president or his secretary of homeland security. Which means they are in on it.
In on what? The highest of crimes, the crime of the millennium: the willful destruction of America’s nationhood. As candidate Donald Trump said in 2016, “If you don’t have borders, you don’t have a country.”
(Too bad he never built that wall, even with Mexico paying for it…)
Should this decision stand, the harm may well be irreparable. Just as Biden continues to offer illegal unilateral cancellation of student loans, I believe he may offer an illegal unilateral amnesty to the 30 million or so illegal aliens in America, most likely after the election in November. Some states are issuing them drivers’ licenses or similar identification, and some municipalities are offering them voting rights. In the next election, these 30 million new citizens will likely vote Democrat. Enough of them will be in Texas to turn the Lone Star State Democrat as well, which means a permanent end to Republican presidencies. A one-party nation will have been achieved.
I see only one way out, to save the Constitution and this once-great nation. That would be for Texas Governor Greg Abbott to defy the Supreme Court, and to protect the border using the Texas Rangers. At that point, Biden might nationalize the Texas National Guard, and then…
And then we will have the 2024 crisis no one saw coming. This will be an excuse for martial law, and a federal invasion of Texas. “Our troops wouldn’t do that!” Would you bet your life on today’s woke Armed Forces?
Pray that God gives Governor Abbott wisdom and strength in these terrible times.
I have not yet written about the presidential race. Let’s wait until after the New Hampshire primary and talk again.
Hello Surak, I'm catching up on your recent news. I'm glad to hear that God spared you in December, and I hope you're now fully recovered from the operation and feeling much healthier than any time over the past few years.
Along with many others, I've assumed Roberts has been compromised for years, but what forced Amy Coney Barrett to vote for no border? Did she cut some sort of deal under threat, trading the cancellation of Roe vs Wade for this? The logic of her R vs W vote was in favor of states' rights. Her vote on the border implies that she thinks states have no rights. The inconsistency can't reflect her actual opinions, since she's neither stupid nor deranged, so something is going on behind the scenes.
The SCOTUS vote also came just after DeSantis pulled out. Let's say the Brandon regime is now resigned to the failure of the current court cases against Trump. They still may have some fallback trick that they can pull against him. No-border candidate, Nikki Haley, has just received donations and backing from Wall Street billionaires who favor uncontrolled mass immigration. Will this allow her to hold out for weeks or months until Trump is removed from the race by lawfare or other trickery? The longer she holds out while trailing far behind Trump, the more likely it would seem that this is the planned scenario.
If I've overlooked some flaw that would exclude this scenario, I'll be happy to see you point it out.
As for Governor Abbot, yes, I'll pray for him. He's been put in a terrible position. I had a tentative hope for some kind of rolling secession in Texas, Florida and then other states over the next five-or-so years, but it looks like this issue is being forced on Abbott all at once, long before he could hope for any success.
Surak, the USG, assisted by Jewish, Christian and secular organizations are facilitating this invasion. Here is a link to a great interview by Alex Jones with Michael Yon laying it all out:
