Our "Public" school system is no longer focused on educating our youth and making them loyal, hardworking and productive citizens. It is instead focused on the Left's goal of creating dependency to the "State", the Federal Government! Parents must become more involved in their children's education to counter these tactics but, in truth, you need to remove your children from the "Indoctrination Center".
Dan, that is a really interesting point. The author of the article is making the point that the cultural Marxists are making kids hate Western civilization. Then you come along and point out that those same indoctrinators want kids dependent on the state that they hate so much. I agree with both of you, but the cognitive dissonance is mind-boggling. I guess this is how they justify revolution.
Think about creating the all-encompassing "State" (Consider Larry Niven's "World Out of Time" for a model). Give it some thought, electric cars (need the grid), trans sexual "gender affirming" care (Government guaranteed clinics), instead of free speech the "State" protects people from harmful words and thoughts that are "White Centric" or "Religious Bigotry" or harmful refusal to accept all the ridiculous ideas that require Government protected "safe spaces". Forcing everyone to use "Real Speak" (Think 1984, then think pronouns). No one needs guns because the "State" controls all the guns...
To do this requires cradle to grave indoctrination. The "State" is well on it's way!
The time is rapidly coming where if we want to preserve the Constitutional Republic, we will have to vote with our rifles...
Thankfully, People like me will be the first to be destroyed; we are loud, obnoxious and let it be known in no uncertain terms that we will not kneel!
You made an interesting point; I think that the State will prefer to rot out the USA as opposed to creating/pushing a Marxist state. The corruption and waste is so prevalent in ANY Communist government (Besides Israel, true Communism hybrid state) that they will not want to overcome that obstacle. They will pervert our nation into the Elite of the Globalist "State"!
