The government lost an opportunity to blame these cases on climate change and racism. But presumably they have a drug for that too.

A couple do recognise what has potentially happened to them but most don’t seem to want to admit that they were duped by their own government.
As I say to them, you can read history or trust your government, the two are mutually exclusive.
